The First Move (The Plan)
To answer the ‘how,’ we are executing a single, precise tactical move designed to achieve a national strategic win: Banning Congressional Stock Trading.
The fact is, 86% of Americans agree that this practice is corrupt. The 2012 STOCK Act is toothless. The penalty for violating the law is often as low as $200, making it a regulation designed to be ignored. Bipartisan bills to actually ban this practice are being blocked by party leadership in Congress.
The Target: System’s Weakness, Not an Individual
Our strategy is to attack the System’s weakness at its most politically leveraged point. Our “First Move” is a surgical action aimed at capturing a single open congressional seat: Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District (NE-2).
Why NE-2? NE-2 is a hyper-accountable “crossover district.” It is the most politically sensitive ground in the country. An open seat here means the political establishment has no incumbent defense, creating the perfect proving ground for our principles. The result of this one race will set a new, immediate precedent for accountability nationwide.
The Mission: The Citizens’ Charter Litmus Test
Our mission is to vet every single candidate running for this open seat—regardless of party—against The Citizen’s Charter principles, starting with a non-negotiable question.

My name is Lawrence Aderinkomi. As an entrepreneur here in St. Paul, Minnesota, I believe in solving hard problems, not just talking about them. I’ve watched the energy of protests dissipate time and again, and I share the frustration that nothing fundamentally changes.
